1. All the concerned persons are trained and instructed to carry out the job safely.

2. Pre-job discussion on safety has been carried out for the awareness of execution staff to address the possible hazards and to recommend control measures.

3. All workers and supervisors are empowered to stop the job and raise their concerns if found unsafe at any point in time.

4. All the necessary Personal Protective Equipment are provided to the execution staff, and the staff is instructed to use them.

5. The PPEs are regularly checked for their integrity.

6. The staff is committed to following all the safety instructions, disciplines, and work practices of clients at their site.

7. Necessary work permits are sought from clients at the site and all instructions are followed to carry out the job safely.

8. Only tools with safe and sound conditions are used for carrying out the job and the tools are checked for the same at regular intervals.

9. All persons working for us are having minimum required qualifications/work experience and training for safe working.

10. Necessary medical checkups of our personnel working at the client’s site are done as per the advice of the clients before the start of work.

11. All the site in charge are provided with a safety register to note down the unsafe conditions, unsafe acts and near misses observed by the staff.

12. All the reported near misses are noted and corrective actions are initiated by us if in our scope or informed to the client seeking necessary action
