1. All the jobs are thoroughly understood and according to the planning, it is done by the site in charge.

2. All persons working for us are having minimum required qualifications/work experience and training for quality.

3. Only standard tools and materials are used for carrying out the jobs.

4. Defects in terms of quality are treated very seriously and corrective measures are taken on an immediate basis.

5. A record of such defects is maintained and necessary preventive actions are taken to avoid such defects in the future.

6. Quality checklists are provided to the site in charge and is instructed to fill it

7. Shut down planning and LEAN MANUFACTURING CONCEPTS like Single Minute Exchange of Dye (SMED) is done for special kinds of jobs when the job is to be carried out at the cost of plant stoppage.

8. Feedback is taken from the client at the completion of the job and actions are taken on the suggested improvement areas
